Our state currently has no drug induced homicide law so originally I was told by everyone from the medical examiner to the homicide detective assigned my son’s case that no laws where broken. My son died from fentanyl poisoning. His toxicology report showed he has Wellbutrin and strattera at normal time levels then he had fentanyl so he died from fentanyl toxicity. Yet I was told no crime was committed. I finally got his case to the DEA where they agreed my son was murdered from fentanyl poisoning and I am currently waiting for grand jury to indict the lady in January. Once that happens I will update as I can. My son was my right hand man and I’ll never stop fighting for him.
