My son Timmy died suddenly on March 1,2022. I assumed he had a heart attack. Why else would he leave the house fine and be dead three and a half hours later? It took 11 weeks to get his toxicology report and he died from pure Fentanyl!!! He had 11ng listed on his report. I had to Google what fentanyl was because I had no idea at the time. No investigation was ever done in his death by police. We had to do that ourselves and found out someone he worked with had given him a percocet that was pure Fentanyl.
