My Stone, my artist, singer and adventurer.  So kind, generous and loving.  My Stone was so brave, always, throughout every challenge, even multiple surgeries.  His last two surgeries were major and followed by prescription pain medication.  Stone was seeking Percocet, using Snapchat.  What he got was a counterfeit fentanyl pill.  Stone was poisoned.  He wasn’t seeking fentanyl and what he got looked exactly like a prescription Percocet.  Drug induced homicide took Stones life, robbing him and us of a future that can now never be.
