My son Shawn was, kind, loving and very thoughtful. He gave the biggest hugs, loved the outdoors, and would help anyone friend or stranger.

He was poisoned with a fake Percocet, that he took the day after being involved in a bad car accident. The original charge was 3rd Degree Murder and Drug Induced Homicide.  The DA took a plea, and dropped the 3rd Degree Murder charge. The charge at sentencing  was Drug Induced Homicide,  sentenced to  10-20 years in prison on 12/22/23 after 29 months of phone calls with the police, DA and hearings.
