My son Kevin was a wonderful son. He had SUD and always tried to overcome it.   After over a year in recovery, and while in a recovery home, he bought heroin. It was 100% fentanyl and his life was over.  He laid in that room at an Oxford house for 38 hours before they checked on him.  There’s a huge issue with Oxford homes and with police departments.  Who sold it to him?   Why didn’t Elkton MD police investigate?
