There was no investigation. I gave the police Keith’s phone and even opened it for them. The police officer said if he got time, he would go through it. I did not put an obituary in so the person that sold him the drug could be caught. The girl texted him a month later asking where he was. Sometimes I still call the number and it is years later. It says it is disconnected and then a girl will call me back saying she missed a phone call. No investigation was done.
