Jonathan died of Fentanyl poisoning……Jon started down his long road of addiction as a teenager when he had back and neck problems and was prescribed Oxycontin by his doctor….

Jonathan tried several times over the course of 15 years to overcome his addictions to drugs but in the end he was poisoned in Brockton, MA on 1/19/2017 by a greedy dealer who sold him what he though was just Heroin but was actually Heroin laced with Fentanyl….There was never an investigation even though the police took his phone and said they had a good idea on who the dealer of death was!

He was resuscitated with after 4 shots of Narcan but never regained consciousness and was on a breathing machine for 4 more days in order to preserve his organs for donation…..Jon gave the gift of life to 3 people upon his death…..I never left his side and watched the life slowly leave his body at 3:13 pm on that cold January Monday…..

Jonathan was 35 yrs old and  left behind two small boys ages 2 and 4 and a young wife….My beautiful loving son never wanted to die!
