My beloved son, Jeffrey, was a struggling addict, he so badly wanted a better life. He fell into addiction and could not get out. After several messages (with names) that he was set up and they were going to give him something to kill him, my sweet son was found in the Monongalia River overdosed with fentanyl. Jeffrey was gone before he was put in the river. His case is at a stand still saying they can’t use the information that was sent from Jeffrey in his phone that was found with him.
