Jeffrfey is immensely loved and missed by his family.

He has a beautiful soul and a beautiful smile that would make any one feel good in any given situation.

There is another party involved, but no charges will be filed per the state of NJ.

Jeff will always be loved, remembered, honored and missed by his mother,

there will forever be an emptiness because Jefffey is no longer alive.

A mother should never need to bury her child.
