They called it Accidental fentanyl poisoning 💔

Jason loved life, fishing, golf, playing pool and being around those he loved.  He was a good friend to many who miss him dearly. He always had a quick funny comeback and made you smile.

He thought it was a percocet he took for a toothache and his beautiful life was taken from him and all of us who love him.
