Jamal K Harrell, a 33-year-old victim who was poisoned. He was pronounced brain dead on August 21, 2023 at Orlando Reginal Medical Center in Orlando Florida.  He was a son, brother and father of two sons. Jamal was loving, creative and an athletic individual who strived to be excellent. He will be forever cherished in the hearts of his family.
