Jacob was so smart and funny. He had the best sense of humor. He always kept us laughing. He was an easy son to raise. Never any problems. After a hard break up, we believe he started experimenting with drugs but we had no idea until after he passed. He was given methadone by an adult who thought she could “fix” him. After 3 longs days in ICU he passed with many of his family by his side. We will forever love and miss him.
