Emma struggled with Bipolar, endometriosis & Celiac Disease along with horrendous anxiety. She became addicted to Xanax. Her boyfriend (who was a supposedly recovering heroin addict) bought her Xanex off the street. One pill… she died of a fentanyl tainted pill. The police in York county apparently do NOT Narcan. So although her body was still warm they waited for EMTs. Which is one reason she died. No investigation! No nothing! She was a beautiful caring young woman who police treated like a junkie. 🤬
