Dylan was a talented hair dresser and make up artist. He was a proud member of the LGBTQA community. On the 8th of January 2020 he went to meet a friend to do her hair. That friend had over 60 mg of fentanyl on her and was arrested in my home the morning of January 9 2020. Dylan is missed by family and friends immensely.
