On August 27, 2019, our family lost our beloved Cassidy Joy Metropulos at the age of 21 due to fentanyl poisoning, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. Cassidy’s infectious laughter, compassionate nature, and willingness to lend a helping hand defined her presence in our lives.

Cassidy had a short battle with addiction and was doing so well with her recovery, we were so proud of her.  The night we lost her, she was looking for something and was given fentanyl.  She was deceived and poisoned.  Cassidy did not want to die.  The man responsible was sentenced to 30 years for first-degree reckless homicide.
