Angelina loved life and her family.  She had a passion for animals and would feed the strays at her work. Angelina graduated cosmetology school in February 2020 and became manager at her job that she had worked at for 4 years. Angelina had goals and was achieving them. Angelina suffered from endometriosis and had her 2nd surgery in August 2020, she suffered from alot of pain an ex family friend gave her a pain pill and Angelina took half of it and never woke up.  She thought she was taking an oxy pill in reality it was pure synthetic fentanyl. My family and I spent 3 days with Angelina at the hospital on life support.  On October 22,2020.  I had to make the hardest decision of my life and take her off life support.  Angelina left behind a mom, grandparents , 3 brothers a cat name Star and a dog name Gia. Angelina was poisoned by fentanyl but didn’t die in vain. She’s been on billboards all over the world and also in the news. Angelina is saving lives. Her legacy will live on through her family and she will be forever missed and never Forgotten
