Jacob was sober, working in construction remodeling a house when a board fell on his back. A cop worker told him he had non narcotic pain pills (Ultram) and gave him one. Jacob went to the store to get his cigarettes & drinks.  Took the pill & died alone in his car. It was pure fentanyl. Nothing else was in his system. No case initiated. Investigators come & gone.
